Under One Sky have had over £250,00 donations for homeless yet have illegally never registered with the Charity Commission. They have therefore never filed accounts of what they spend donations on and not regulated by anybody. They have been running since 2012 yet illegally didn’t register with Companies House until Nov 2018. All food they serve has always been donated and they claim to be entirely run by volunteers and have no paid staff, so where have donations gone?
